1.2. By making a payment on PlayStakeWin, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Payment and Refund Policy.

2. Token Purchase

2.1. Tokens are the virtual currency used on PlayStakeWin for betting and participation in gaming activities.

2.2. Users can purchase tokens using real money in USD currency.

2.3. Tokens are non-transferable and have no real-world value.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Once tokens are used for betting, they become non-refundable. This includes situations where a user decides not to use the purchased tokens.

3.2. Refund requests for unused tokens may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to PlayStakeWin's sole discretion.

3.3. Users requesting a refund for unused tokens must send an email to admin@playstakewin.com, clearly stating the reason for the refund request.

3.4. Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Users will be notified of the outcome of their refund request.

4. Chargebacks

4.1. Users are advised against initiating chargebacks with their payment provider for token purchases. Chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.

5. Currency Conversion

5.1. All transactions on PlayStakeWin are processed in USD currency. If your payment method uses a different currency, currency conversion fees may apply, and you are responsible for any such fees.
